A seasoned technology professional with over a decade of industry experience, he began his entrepreneurial journey by founding an IT company, successfully scaling and managing it for more than ten years. This background equipped him with sharp analytical acumen, organizational governance skills, and a deep understanding of digital transformation and operational efficiency.

Chief Operating Officer & Head of Sales & Operations
Shravani J Gowda is a young and dynamic lady entrepreneur who brings a vibrant, results-driven perspective to the CistroVet Group. Armed with an MBA, she began her professional journey as a Business Development Manager, sharpening her commercial instincts, market analysis capabilities, and strategic negotiation skills. Driven by an innate entrepreneurial spirit, she successfully established and continues to run Happitoesie, a thriving children's clothing and essential goods brand, mastering retail operations, brand building, and end-to-end supply chain execution.
Hands-On Leadership in the Family Enterprise
- Operational Immersion: Transitioning her extensive commercial and operational expertise into the family-owned enterprise, Shravani initially joined CistroVet Group as Operations Manager. In this role, she immersed herself in the intricacies of manufacturing, inventory logistics, and field distribution across the poultry, cattle, and aquaculture divisions.
- Elevation to COO: Her hands-on command of daily operations and keen market insights quickly paved the way for her elevation to Chief Operating Officer & Head of Sales & Operations.
Driving Commercial Excellence: As COO, Shravani spearheads the group’s manufacturing workflows, supply chain infrastructure, and commercial sales strategies. Her leadership bridges meticulous operational oversight with aggressive market expansion, ensuring that high-efficacy products reach veterinary practitioners, farmers, and aquaculture partners seamlessly. Mr. M.J. Gopi
Director of Manufacturing & Operations
Mr. M.J. Gopi is a young and visionary leader who brings a powerful blend of technical engineering precision and hands-on industrial experience to CistroVet Group. A mechanical engineer by profession, Mr. Gopi began his career from the ground up as a plant technician. This foundational field experience gave him an intimate, uncompromised understanding of plant mechanics, machinery maintenance, and shop-floor execution—insight that corporate leadership rarely possesses at such a granular level.

- Infrastructure Oversight: Stepping into the role of Director of Manufacturing & Operations, Mr. Gopi oversees the group's entire production infrastructure, encompassing plant manufacturing, strategic procurement, and seamless day-to-day facility operations.
